Muscle Care

This herbal bath blend is intended to relax and soothe muscle pain. Combination of organic herbs formulated by Dr. of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Ingredients

• Chuan Xiong (lovage root) and Dang Gui (angelica root), Ji Xue Teng (Millettia Root) - move the blood and relax muscles.
• Gui Zhi (cinnamon twig) - warms channels and collaterals.

Function

To relax muscles and perspire to help the herbs absorb into your facia.

Directions

Run a hot bath, add one pack of herbs and epsom salts. Soak in the bath for a minimum of 20-30 minutes.

Post-bath care

Rinse off with warm water, rest afterwards and drink water to replenish lost body fluid.
