Beauty Tonic

Ingredients

• Lian Zi (lotus seed) + Bai He (lily bulb) - Nourish yin, lubricate the skin and clear heat
• Bai Mu Er (snow fungus) - Nouished lung Yin and moistens the skin 
• Gou Qi Zi (go ji berries) + Da Zao (red dates) - Nourish liver blood and boost spleen

Directions

Sook one herb pack in water for 20 minutes, bring water to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Add to oatmeal, overnight oats, bone broth, soups, or drink as a tonic.
